**Job Title**:Client Servicing cum Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing cum Sales Executive to join our fast-paced advertising agency. This role involves a blend of client management and sales responsibilities, where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients while also driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Servicing:

- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and preferences.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and competitors to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, media planning, etc.) to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolving issues, and managing expectations to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' businesses, needs, and pain points, customizing sales pitches and proposals accordingly.
- Present agency services and capabilities to prospects, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently driving revenue growth for the agency.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM software.
- Relationship Building:

- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility with clients, understanding their evolving needs and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop innovative solutions and campaigns that align with clients' goals and objectives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Client servicing: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
