Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
- Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
3. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time.
- Communicate project timelines, updates, and any changes to clients.
- Track project progress and handle any issues or delays that arise.
4. Client Support
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate problems when necessary.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure clients are satisfied with products or services.
- Assist clients in navigating the company’s services or platforms.
5. Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and communications.
- Update CRM systems with client information, feedback, and project status.
- Prepare reports on client activity and satisfaction for management.
6. Client Feedback and Improvement
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services or products.
- Report client needs and suggestions to internal teams for enhancement opportunities.
- Ensure continuous improvement in the client experience.
7. Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams during meetings.
8. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to meet client requirements.
- Ensure that internal teams are aware of client expectations and project deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company’s various departments.
9. Problem-Solving
- Anticipate and proactively address potential client issues.
- Resolve conflicts or discrepancies between clients and the company.
- Find solutions to client problems to ensure a positive experience.
- Ensure clear and professional communication between clients and the company.
