Client Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective branding and marketing strategies.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue and client engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
**Requirements**:
Basic knowledge of branding and marketing concepts, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Excellent client relationship building skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
MBA degree preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
