Your Role and Responsibilities:

- **Implement Online Bidding Strategies**: You will be instrumental in creating and executing online bidding initiatives to secure new projects and generate leads.
- **Technical Discussion Management**: Schedule and facilitate high-quality technical sessions with potential clients to address their needs and introduce our offerings.
- **Custom Proposal Composition**: Collaborate with the management team to comprehend client requirements and craft compelling, tailored proposals that showcase our services in the best light.
- **Client Relationship Nurturing**: Guided by the sales objectives, adeptly follow up with clients to solidify relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated experience in successful online bidding and pre-sales within the IT and Digital Marketing realm.
- **Communication Mastery**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex technological solutions to diverse audiences.
- **Lead Generation Acumen**: A savvy lead generator with a knack for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Strong understanding of IT and Digital Marketing principles and the ability to discuss and present technical details.
- **Proposal Writing Expertise**: Proficient in the crafting of bespoke, client-centered proposals that align with desired outcomes.
