**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role in Kolkata. Responsibilities include generating leads, calling the potential clients, presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining and building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in real estate or related industries
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Bengali is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
