**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating appointments and organizing diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
- Arranging travel and hotel accommodations
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events
- Recording notes during meetings, preparing minutes, and subsequently distributing to all participants
- Collaborating with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and press
- Creating expense reports and maintaining a comprehensive filing system

**Requirements**:

- Proven 1+ years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks proficiently
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion
