Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Brand Partnerships: Identify and approach potential clients, particularly fashion startups, e-commerce brands, and retail stores looking for a direct manufacturing partner.
Client Acquisition & Growth: Present’s direct-to-brand model to prospective clients, emphasizing our customization options, MOQ flexibility, and sustainable production practices.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their production requirements are met.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to craft and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding our client base in the fashion industry.
Industry Insights: Utilize your têxtile knowledge to offer clients customized solutions, advising on fabric selection, design, and production techniques.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest trends, market demands, and competitive offerings within the têxtile and garment manufacturing industry.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, client feedback, and market opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the têxtile or garment manufacturing industry.
Understanding of the direct-to-brand manufacturing model and its appeal to fashion brands.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with Coimbatore’s têxtile market and local opportunities is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office.
