Devi Engineering is a startup company dedicated to manufacture Packaging machines, Conveyors and other SPMs. We are seeking a talented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Consultation:

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective and existing customers.
- Assess customer requirements and provide expert advice on product capabilities and solutions.

2. Pre-Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.

3. Solution Design:

- Understand and propose solutions that effectively meet customer requirements.
- Develop detailed technical documentation and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs).

4. Product Expertise:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings.

5. Customer Interaction:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues throughout the sales cycle.

6. Training and Support:

- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients and internal teams.
- Offer post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Reporting:

- Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and project status.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the sales and management teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role. Experience in Capital Machinery is preferred. Freshers can also apply.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell complex solutions and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
