**Guest Services and Check-In/Check-Out**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, amenities, and nearby attractions.
**Reservation Management**
- Handle booking inquiries and process reservations using hotel booking systems.
- Ensure reservation details are accurate and updated in the system.
**Customer Service and Complaint Resolution**
- Address guest inquiries and requests professionally, offering prompt solutions to any issues.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
**Billing and Payments**
- Manage billing procedures, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide guests with detailed bills upon check-out and resolve any billing discrepancies.
**Administrative Support**
- Maintain guest records, update room status, and monitor daily check-in/check-out reports.
- Support the Front Office Manager with daily reports and other administrative tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role in a hotel is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel management software is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
