We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Professional to join our team on a freelancer/part-time/full-time basis, with the potential for a full-time role based on performance. As a Sales Professional at Aiotor Labs Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our comprehensive range of technology solutions, including artificial intelligence-based solutions for premise monitoring, industrial safety, and industrial automation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client needs and objectives to tailor customized solutions that address their specific requirements, including software development projects, mobile app development, warehouse inventory management, IoT technologies, and artificial intelligence-based solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our technology solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to develop comprehensive proposals and quotes for clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively position Aiotor Labs' products and solutions in the marketplace.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of software development, mobile app development, warehouse inventory management, IoT, and artificial intelligence technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software for managing leads and sales pipeline.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

**Compensation**:
This is a performance-based opportunity with competitive commissions and incentives based on sales achievements. Full-time employment may be offered based on performance and mutual agreement.
