**In this role, you will**:

- Provide operational and customer support for lifecycle tasks for institutional trades
- Assist with client account onboarding, input and monitoring of cash payments, customer service, funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, asset servicing structured loan operations, general ledger reconciliation and work to resolve confirmation and ISDA related issues
- Assist in gathering data to support resolution of issues
- Receive direction from manager and exercise judgment within defined parameters of the area while developing understanding of various functions, policies and procedures
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

**Required Qualifications, US**:

- 6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Experience in Institutional Investment Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications**:

- University degree in Business or related discipline.
- Experience of 5-7 years of US Domestic Pre
- Matching or Settlements.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Knowledge of GL and Security position reconciliation
- Understanding of Trade cycles for Equity and Fixed Income Markets
- NCFM / Capital Markets certifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high deadline driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and to adjust workload accordingly
- Ability to work independently within a team framework.
- Good communication (written and verbal) skills
- Good PC skills including MS Office / MS Excel skills
- Evidence of basic research and problem solving skills.

**Job Expectations**:

- Access Trade Reports on T+1 basis
- Create detail and aggregate report based on traded securities
- Create exception reports to identify stock and Bookkeeping breaks and collate exception responses from affiliated groups
- Update entries and resolve breaks
- Escalate unmatched Out of balance entries
