This is a super fun opportunity for a Creative person with Concept-to-Design & **Applique **experience.
Concept: Music Festival and Party Wear Outfits.
Target Market: 18-30's who want to stand out from the crowd and are willing to pay premium prices for very unique designs not previously available in India.
Job Description: The them is in a mood board & Pinterest folders. I need someone who can:
- Convert this in to design drawings for costumes: Jackets, Pants, Vests, T-Shirts, Shorts, Hats & Accessories.
- Create the costumes using Applique. Please demonstrate in your portfolio the use of rhinestones, belts buckles, embroidery, zips, fur, feathers, stencils & combination of various fabrics including custom print ones and if you have the experience lights (EL Wire, LEDs). Assistance in sourcing the same.
- 2 month contract but could lead to permanent position.
Desirable:
- Fashion institute qualification is desirable.
- Creativity, out of the box designs will get you this job. These are not your typical Indian clothes and will compete with international party brands.
- Computer proficiency: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator or any design software.
- Instagram and Video making skills would be a definite advantage and am happy to pay an increased salary for this.
- Your contacts in the higher end, youth fashion industry will be highly regarded and again happy to pay extra.
- It is important that you get the job done with mínimal supervision.
Location: Must be able to come to Pune at least once a week. Work from home and/or in Koregaon Park. Flexible hours.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
