Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in food preparation, planning menus, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring quality and consistency of food, and managing kitchen staff.

Job DescriptionExperience in the culinary field, preferably in a high-end restaurant or barStrong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesExcellent culinary skills, including proficiency in preparing a wide variety of dishesStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidaysA degree/diploma in culinary arts or a related field from a reputable institutionA passion for food and innovationProduction of high-quality plates, including both design and tasteGood knowledge of European food is a plusKnowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and proceduresHigh level of attention to detailManage and train kitchen staff, establish a working schedule, and assess staff performanceOrder supplies to stock inventory appropriatelyMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersEnthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge plus those aroundAbility to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processesPositive and approachable mannerReady to work under pressure and in a busy environment

Education and QualificationHigh school degree, 5 years experience in culinary, food and beverage or related professional areaChefs based in Pune and Mumbai will be considered advantageous.
