**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen.
- Oversee kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards and served on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and menus.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a large kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
