**Job Summary**:
As a Company Administrator at Jagson Carriers, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to various functions within the organization. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will assist in HR-related tasks, coordinate office activities, and contribute to the overall smooth functioning of our office in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Office Coordination**:

- Assist in the coordination of day-to-day office activities, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

2. **HR Support**:

- Provide support in HR-related tasks, including documentation, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Assist in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives.

3. **Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

4. **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized records of office activities, including attendance, leave requests, and other relevant documentation.
- Support in updating and organizing HR and administrative files.

5. **Travel and Accommodation Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for employees, including booking accommodations and transportation.
- Manage travel-related documentation and expense reports.

6. **Office Maintenance**:

- Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the office.
- Liaise with external service providers for repairs and maintenance.

7. **Event Coordination**:

- Support in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Assist in organizing internal team-building activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
