Sales Executive

**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Highlight key features and benefits that align with client needs and requirements.
- **Proposal Development**:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to individual client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and support needs.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and product/service enhancement.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
