**Job Profile: Application Support Helpdesk**
**Required Experienced: 4+ Years or Above**
**Location: Navi Mumbai**
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Document all customer interactions, including the nature of the issue and the steps taken to resolve it, in our internal ticketing system.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand the resolution process and are satisfied with the outcome.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and QA, to identify and address recurring issues.
- Assist with the testing and implementation of software updates and patches.
- Continuously update knowledge base articles and documentation to facilitate self-service for customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a helpdesk or call center environment.
- **Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.**:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed to support customers in different time zones as this will be in 24x7 support
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹654,255.55 - ₹1,531,324.70 per year
