**Qualifications**:
➔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field. ➔ Internship experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
➔ Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales role.
➔ Strong communication and presentation skills.
**Skills required**:
➔ Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
➔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
**Responsibilities**
➔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
➔ Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
➔ Present product offerings and services to potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
➔ Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
➔ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
➔ Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
➔ Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
➔ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
**Experienced Required**:
➔ Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the architecture or design industry or construction industry.
➔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
➔ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
➔ Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
➔ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
➔ Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
