Welcomes customers by greeting them offering them assistance.
- Provide accurate information to the client. (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Support branding and promotion through social media marketing and other relevant channels
- Visit the client's place and ensure client satisfaction. (if needed)
- To have better coordination & provide excellent service to the client.
- Expansion of Dealer network as well as new OEM.
- Shall be responsible for achieving sales targets of the organization through effective planning.
- Distributing product samples, brochures, flyers, etc. to source new sales opportunities.
- Shall be responsible for converting inquiry into order in a positive manner.
- Shall be responsible for resolving Client complaints regarding sales and service.
- Shall be responsible for preparing sales quotation and getting verified and approved by Sales Head.
- Shall be responsible for the collection of outstanding from the Client as per company norms.
- Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Presenting our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggests appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
