Job Title: Call Center Agent
Job Summary:
This is not a shift based role-our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We do NOT have late night or weekend hours for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Meeting or exceeding call center metrics, such as average handle time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution rate.
- Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a call center for a multinational company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
