**About the Role**:
Cattle has always been purchased with physical verification. However, our app had enabled digital purchase but with supervision. We are looking to build a central Buyer relationship team who can take a willing buyer via the journey of the app and help them fulfil the sale online with assistance. We are looking for a leader who has earlier built and managed a large team (B2B or high ASP B2C). KPI will be delivering number of leads generated, building and converting the funnel, and number of orders booked.

**What you’ll need**:

- Experience in building, handling and growing a successful Inside Sales and customer relationship team
- Strong lead generation skills, ensuring high quality and strategic leads are generated across all channels
- Can create, define pitches and create a solid sales journey for our buyer base
- Can manage different inbound and outbound channels - Whatsapp, Calling, IVR etc
- Open to creating new campaigns, market research, execution of new campaigns, and generating meaningful insights to scale those
- End to end buyer relationship management, owns new buyer and repeat buyer

More than 500,000 cattle have been sold through Animall which amounts to 1500 Crore Rs of GTV and is now at a monthly run rate of 320 Crore Rs GTV. Our dairy farmers have rated us 4.6 out of 5 and 60%. We also do a fullstack business where we purchase and then sell, in this business we hit a monthly revenue of INR 5 Cr. We run 10+ farms across different parts of India and manage significant operations.
