**About Executive - Administration**:
To assist and execute the administration duties for organizational planning and development and ensure that office equipment is maintained so that the overall work performance of the department is not affected at any point of time.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
- Providing support to other departments and managers.
- Ensure that quality and cost control are maintained in all departments.
- Ensure a clean office environment.
- Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
- Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play.
- Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed.
- Routinely re-order department supplies.
- Update mail/phone directories.
- Office supplies are made available to trainees as per the guidelines.

**Prerequisites**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.10 per month
