Description - Internal
Roles & Responsibility

Technically or scientifically oriented studies in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience in software development, ideally as a software architect, software developer or software quality manager in the automotive industry
- Experience in supporting customers and suppliers (internal and external), as well as in project management
- Knowledge of relevant development standards such as e. g. MISRA and Automotive SPICE
Atleast 8+ Year of experience in automotive powertrain development and testing.
Experience from Engine & aftertreatment testing, developing diagnostics for automatic transmissions.
Experience with auditing test plans, reviewing test cases for supplier controls software.
Tracking software maturity with every release. Identifying risks, drawing projections for Management Reviews and Quality Gates.
Issue triage and reporting status and resolution to stakeholder teams.
- Experience with handling ICM's. Knowledge of safety-relevant software development (ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ISO 21448) and
- corresponding quality standards (ISO 9126, ISO 25000)

Strong Experience in Powertrain related ECU's. Hands on FSM experience of 2years needed.
- A strong quality awareness, interest in improving procedures and a systematic way of working

Strong communication skills, good social skills and a confident demeanor

Intercultural competence and willingness to travel

Joy of innovation with a feeling for customer benefit
