JJob Description: IT Sales Executive for Website Development and Application Services

**Position**: IT Sales Executive
**Location**: Rohini, Delhi
**Reports To**: Sales Manager
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Working Days**: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
**Office Timing**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our services.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing options.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with the technical team to understand our services and capabilities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Results-oriented and driven by success.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

- **Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
