Your Role and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Adobe Captivate authoring tool.
- Incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance learning.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy and functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate authoring tool to create interactive e-learning content.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience working in the education or training industry.
- Familiarity with other e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Animate, or Lectora.
- Knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards.
