Instructional Designer

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with SMEs to understand and capture content
- Design storyboards, and structure the learning flow
- Build, design and develop engaging digital learning content in Scorm to supplement instructor led training, using Articulate, Rise, Vyond, Canva, Synthesia, murf.ai (for voice over), Illustrator, Photoshop
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.
- Knowledge of at least L1 & L2 interactivity on Articulate or Adobe Captivate
- Knowledge of LMS functionalities and back-end content upload
- Build content for other TD initiatives, HR Transformation Projects. Design storyboards and material for branding, where needed.
- Manage projects involved in, end to end.
**Requirements**:
- MBA in HR or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in business, education, instructional design, organizational development or/and familiarity with adult learning principles.
- 4-8 years experience in content design, development, instructional materials, videos, and learning program management with excellent communication skills (oral, written, and body language), and interpersonal skills to comfortably and confidently present to large audiences
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- L&D and Instructional certificates are a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication in business level English
- Experience in implementing training/performance improvement strategies, methodologies, and procedures for standardization and delivery throughout a large organization.
