Minimum qualification required is **10+2 **or **Any Degree**

**Role**: Inbound voice (Service oriented calls for swiping machine)

Rotational **shifts **and Rotational **week off**

**Salary**: 10k-13k In hand

**Location**: Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Communication**:

- Be clear, concise, and courteous in your communication.
- Use active listening to understand customer concerns fully.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay well-informed about the products or services you are supporting.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- **Patience and Empathy**:

- Patience is key, especially when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
- Show empathy by understanding and acknowledging their concerns.
- **Timeliness**:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Set realistic expectations for issue resolution time frames.
- **Multi-Channel Support**:

- Ensure consistency in responses across all channels.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Focus on finding solutions to customer problems.
- If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, communicate the steps being taken to address it.
- **Training and Development**:

- Continuously train support staff to keep them updated on products and services.
- Provide ongoing education on customer service best practices.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Encourage customers to provide feedback on their experiences.
- Use feedback to identify areas for improvement in your support processes.
- **Automation and Technology**:

- Utilize technology, like chatbots and automation, to handle routine queries.
- Ensure that automated processes maintain a human touch.
- **Escalation Procedures**:

- Establish clear procedures for escalating complex issues to higher levels of support.
- Ensure a seamless transition for customers between support tiers.
- **Customer Education**:

- Educate customers on how to use products or services effectively.
- Provide resources such as FAQs, knowledge base articles, and tutorials.
- **Monitoring and Analytics**:

- Use analytics tools to track support performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies based on the data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
