Client Servicing Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the event planning lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, preferences, and expectations.

**Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with clients to define event requirements, objectives, and budget parameters.
- Work closely with internal event planning teams to develop customized event proposals and presentations that align with client needs.

**Proposal Development**:

- Prepare detailed event proposals, including budget estimates, timelines, and service offerings.
- Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to achieve mutual agreement and satisfaction.

**Project Management**:

- Manage all aspects of event projects from inception through to completion.
- Coordinate logístical details such as venue selection, catering arrangements, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodations.

**Vendor and Supplier Management**:

- Source and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure services meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Negotiate contracts, review proposals, and oversee vendor communications and deliverables.

**On-Site Event Management**:

- Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise and make real-time decisions to maintain event timelines and quality standards.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries promptly.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluations, analyzing event success metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in event management, client servicing, or related fields, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with event management software or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by event schedules.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and effectively address challenges.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and experiences.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
