**Job Title**: Event Client Servicing Executive
Location: Dombivali
**Reports To**: Client Servicing Manager / Event Manager
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused **Event Client Servicing Executive** to serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the event planning and execution process. This role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of events that meet or exceed client expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management**
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and the internal event team.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and preferences to tailor event solutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address their queries promptly.
**2. Event Planning & Execution**
- Collaborate with the event team to conceptualize and develop event plans that align with client requirements.
- Ensure all client requests are communicated effectively to the relevant departments, such as design, logistics, and production.
- Attend client meetings and site visits to finalize details and ensure alignment on event plans.
**3. Budget Management**
- Work with clients to develop and manage event budgets.
- Provide transparent and detailed cost breakdowns and ensure events are executed within budget.
**4. On-Site Coordination**
- Serve as the client's representative on the day of the event, ensuring all aspects are executed as planned.
- Address any last-minute client concerns or changes professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure a seamless event experience.
**5. Post-Event Activities**
- Gather client feedback to evaluate the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare post-event reports, including key outcomes and performance metrics, to share with clients and internal teams.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
**Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, event management, or a related role.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with event planning software or CRM tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
