This role requires strong communication skills, ethical standards, and a genuine interest in helping people navigate their immigration journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs or concerns.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
- **Support**: Provide support to the immigration consultants by gathering information, preparing reports, and handling administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Minimum** of 2 years of experience in Customer Support.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
