**Job Overview**

We are looking for a Billing Executive for a company dealing in herbal healthcare, personal care, homecare and a range of food products based in Ludhiana Punjab.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter billing data into the company's billing system or software accurately and promptly
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all invoices, receipts, and related documents for auditing and reference purposes.
- Create accurate and detailed invoices based on provided sales orders
- Review and verify the accuracy of billing information, including product prices, quantities, discounts, and applicable taxes.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies before finalizing invoices.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and outstanding payments in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
- Monitor and track payments received, ensuring that they are properly applied to the respective invoices.
- Follow up with customers to remind them of outstanding payments, resolve payment-related issues, and arrange for timely settlements.
- Assist in maintaining and updating billing software, ensuring accurate pricing, product information, and tax rates are reflected.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Commerce Graduate, Bachelors degree in any stream
- Basic Computer Knowledge (E- Mail, MS-Excel)
- Proficient in Tally Software
- Freshers can apply
- Good Communication skills in English, Hindi
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills,
