**Job Title**: Product Advisor (TeleSales)
**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell products.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and renew existing customer subscriptions or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing detailed product information and addressing queries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to overall team success.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in TeleSales, upselling, or renewals.
- Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi.
- Education: HSC Passed.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet sales targets.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 In Hand (commensurate with experience and performance).
- Rotational week off between Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
