**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Actively engage with potential clients to understand their wellness needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking, and digital marketing.
- **Sales Conversion**: Utilize strong persuasive skills to convert leads into clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Counseling**: Provide informative consultations to clients, helping them understand their options and the benefits of our services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our services related to hormone health and wellness as well as preventive health checkups, ensuring you can provide accurate information to clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- **Reporting**: Track sales activities and results, providing regular updates to management.
- **Consultant Onboarding **:Facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring they are well-integrated and informed about company offerings
- **Engagement with General Practitioners for referral programs** - Develop referral programs with general practitioners to enhance service visibility and client acquisition.
- **Knowledge Sessions**:Organize educational sessions targeting specific populations, increasing awareness and understanding of services.
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Pursue collaborations example
- gynecologists and marriage bureaus etc to create tailored wellness packages for their clients.
- **Run and manage campaigns for relevant health days in context to business - **Plan and execute marketing campaigns around relevant health observances, promoting services effectively.
- **Telecalling** - **Proactive Outreach**:Conduct telecalling campaigns to reach out to potential clients, providing information about services and scheduling consultations. **Lead Qualification**: Assess client interest and needs during calls to identify qualified leads, ensuring a focused approach in follow-up efforts. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients during calls to improve services and address any concerns, enhancing overall client satisfaction
- **Daily ; weekly and monthly reporting to managing directors to track sales progress.**
**Qualifications**:
- **Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales **with Minimum 2 3 years in sales, preferably within the wellness or healthcare industry.
**Knowledge**:
- Basic understanding of lead generation, conversion of footfalls into OPDs, OPDs into packages and sustaining of certain packages in a month.
**Skills**:
- Excellent counseling and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and conversion skills.
- Proficient in lead generation techniques.
**Attributes**:
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Soft-spoken, presentable, and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
