- Responsibilities_
- _Review suppliers to be added to the supplier master database for duplication and gathering relevant data_
- _Receive approval for supplier to be added, modified or deleted from the database per Client's policy_
- _Capture the supplier set-up, maintenance, and adding and/or deletions and/or update notes in the system's audit trail_
- _Upon receipt of new supplier request, provide the requesting Client stakeholder with list of questions needed for supplier certification and approval_
- _Communicate with supplier to coordinate initial upload and updates, as needed, of financial information to be entered by the supplier through self-service supplier portal_
- _Coordinate with Client upon receipt of new supplier request to confirm that adding new supplier is aligned with category strategy_
- _Process requests to cleanse and edit existing supplier data_
- _Periodically analyze non-strategic, transactional spend to identify repetitive buys at non-strategic suppliers that should be potentially aggregated and included in strategic sourcing initiatives_
- _Aggregate and report on data collected from supporting the supplier data management and purchasing processes related to spend amounts and suppliers used_
- _Respond to internal Client inquiries related to spend and supplier data_
- _Recommend catalog adjustment to Client based on analysis_
- _Recommend new catalogs to Client based on analysis_
- _Implement changes to hosted catalogs as requested or approved by Client_
- _Implement new hosted catalogs as requested or approved by Client_
- Qualifications and Skills_
- Minimum qualifications_

- _Experience in Procurement Function_
- _Basic analytical and problem solving Skills_
- _Stakeholder Management_
- _Good years of Experience in similar function_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Coupa / Ariba Preferred_
