The Profile of Coordinator - Sales and Marketing.
Business Models : EPC/ BOOT/BOO + Sales of Standardized Equipment/Spares/ Chemicals ,
Domain: Water And Waste water treatment.
Reporting To: Head Of Sales/ BD
The basic task and role of this position is to act as bridge between the market and company’s internal concerned team.
Pre - Sales Tasks
Making cold calls to the prospective / probable customers for the given mapped market, ,understand customer's needs ,send product / solution related info to customers ,Create the interest of the customers in company’s products/solutions.
Basically coordinator has to open the doors for sales executives to meet the client.
Take follow ups within the company with the concerned for timely submission of Quotations thru sales executive to the Customers.
Ensure Winning Strategy Papers are prepared prior to final negotiations with the customers.
Maintain marketing literature stock ,Printed copies, soft copies.
Maintain the Customer satisfaction letters.
Maintain/Update BBCC review sheets, updating of all concerned files in BBCC.
Coordinate for technical and sales related trainings of sales team.
Post - Order Tasks.
Ensure order acceptance is sent to the customer up on getting consent for the sales head
Take follow ups with the customers for fulfilments of Commercial obligations from the customers are such as advance payment, billing details, GST number, postal address etc.
Take follow ups with internal team for the submission of the BGs
Once the Customer fulfils the commercial obligations, take a consent from the sales head and coordinate with the Coordinator - Project Execution for setting up File Transfer ceremony.
Qualification And Experience:
B. Sc. / Dip. In chemical Engineering.
Excellent Exposure To MS office, Excel and Power point.
Experience : 4 to 5 years as sales coordinator in EPC and similar business domain
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
