E-commerce Executive

The E-Commerce Executive plays a critical role in the online retail operations of the company. They are responsible for assisting in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies, managing online product listings, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the e-commerce channel.
Key Responsibilities:
**Product Management**:Create and update product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor and maintain product inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.
**Website Maintenance**:Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the e-commerce website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully functional.
Regularly update website content, including product images, banners, and promotional materials.
**Order Processing**:Process online orders, manage order fulfillment, and coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment center for timely delivery.
Resolve customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns.
Optimize product pages for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility and attract organic traffic.
**Customer Experience**:Monitor customer reviews and ratings, responding to customer feedback and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Continuously improve the online shopping experience by identifying and implementing enhancements.
**Analytics and Reporting**:Track and analyze e-commerce metrics, including website traffic, sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
Generate regular reports to assess the performance of the e-commerce channel and provide insights for improvement.
**Competitor Analysis**:Research and analyze competitors' e-commerce strategies, pricing, and product offerings.
Make recommendations for competitive pricing and product assortment.
**Quality Assurance**:Conduct regular checks to ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date.
Test website functionality and troubleshoot issues as needed.
**Compliance and Security**:Stay up to date with e-commerce regulations, data protection, and online security measures.
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect customer data.
**Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
Assist in the development of promotional campaigns and online sales events.
