Overview:
As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the online sales and presence of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring its smooth functioning and optimizing its performance to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various teams to implement strategies, manage product listings, analyze data, and execute marketing campaigns to achieve our business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ecommerce Platform Management:
- Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and images on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate product categorization, pricing, and availability.
- Monitor and resolve any technical issues or glitches on the website to ensure smooth user experience.
- Order Fulfillment and Customer Service:
- Oversee order processing, shipping, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the customer service team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Performance Optimization:
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize website layout, navigation, and functionality to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, promotions, and incentives to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Competitive Analysis and Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, target markets, and consumer preferences.
- Use insights gathered to develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and related tools.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
