Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables SAP - MM, PP, QM and SD processes a. New process development (Requirement gathering and analysis, Business Blueprint, Testing (conducting Unit tests, Integration tests, and system Integration tests), Go-Live and Production Support) b. Analyse and resolve problem incidents and Service requests independently in the MM, PP, QM and SD module and for Master Data Management related issues. c. Smooth integration with non-SAP systems (e.g. Tractor Travel Card) with Interface knowledge (IDoc, CPI) c. Custom developments in the MM, PP and QM processes d. Support to business users for Procurement, Inventory management, Production, Quality and Despatch process e. Maintaining number Ranges, preparing LSMW for mass data maintenance activity. f. End User Trainings and preparing User manual. g. Support to users for GRC related issues and activities for Material Management. h. Extended support for month-end activities i. New application development in Android/.net Core/ Angular Preferred IndustriesEducation Qualification BE-Tech (Computer Science)/MCA, Certification in SAP-MM/SAP-PP General Experience4-8 years.Critical Experience Expertise in SAP S4 HANA MM, PP, SD Module with processes like a. Procurement process (Material Requirement Planning, RFQ/Quotation, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Service Entry, Invoice Verification, Vendor Payment), Stock transfers, Rejection process, Invoices, Import process, Physical Inventory Process b. Good working knowledge of Org. structure, Master Data (Material Master, BP (Business Partner) for Customer and Vendor), Source list, Share of Business, output types, BOM, Work Centre, Routing. c. Knowledge of Various types of Purchase Orders, Pricing conditions, Vendor evaluations, Subcontracting, Scheduling agreement, Tax Codes, Movement types. Knowledge of Release Strategy for Purchase requisitions and Purchase Orders d. Good understanding of cross functional applications, integration with other modules like MM with QM for Quality Inspection at Goods Receipt, MM with SD for Delivery check & stock transfer requirements, FI, LE, MM with SD and PP e. Knowledge of Quality Management f. Good knowledge of SD Order to Cash process (Pre-Sales activities, Order Processing, Shipping and Billing) g. Experience in Requirement Gathering, Blueprinting, analysis, testing (including developing test scenarios and test cases) and Implementation. h. Knowledge & working of LSMW & SQVI Report i. Programming experience in Android, .net Core , Angular.
