**Job Title: Data Center Structured Cabling & Fitout Subject Matter Expert (SME)**

**Experience: 9+ yrs**
**Locations: Noida & Bangalore**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Structured Cabling Design and Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive structured cabling designs for data centers, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand infrastructure requirements and provide effective cabling solutions.
- **Fitout Planning and Execution**:

- Lead the planning and execution of data center fitout projects, including network rack installations, Fiber Runner, Mesh cable trays and Data Trunking.
- Ensure fitout & structured cabling projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting high-quality standards.
- **Cabling Infrastructure Implementation**:

- Oversee the installation and deployment of structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber-optic cabling.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications and industry best practices during implementation.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for structured cabling installations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for structured cabling systems and fitout projects.
- Generate regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions for management.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment for cabling and fitout projects.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, cost, and reliability.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with network engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective cabling solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Research and Innovation**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data center cabling.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends related to data center fitouts.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the performance and efficiency of cabling infrastructure.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Data Center Structured Cabling & Fitout SME, with a minimum of 10-to 12 years in designing and implementing cabling solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of structured cabling standards (e.g., TIA-568,TIA-942 ISO/IEC 11801) and fitout practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in structured cabling systems, fiber optics, and copper cabling.- Proficiency in using design tools and software for structured cabling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, CNIDP, RCDD).
- Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and virtualized environments.
- Familiarity with data center environmental controls and power distribution systems.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
