**Job Profile: Personal Secretary**
**Responsibilities**:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a PA/PS
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, attending mails on behalf of Director replying to customers and following up with various department.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems efficiently.
- Assist in managing orders, deadlines, and follow-up tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
