**Job Position: Female Personal Secretary**

Are you a dynamic and highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills? We are currently seeking a Female Personal Secretary to provide dedicated administrative support to our esteemed executives. As a Personal Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency in the executive's daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage the executive's schedule, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare and manage important documents, reports, presentations, and other confidential materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for business trips and personal engagements.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system and manage data, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison, maintaining positive relationships with clients, business partners, and colleagues.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and presentations.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and meetings, managing logistics and ensuring smooth execution.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the executive efficiently and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role, demonstrating impeccable organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including fluency in English, Hindi & Gujarati
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
