**Looking for Front Office Executive from Hotel Industry**

**3 Star Hotel** located near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CST) in Mumbai, is a budget-friendly hotel offering basic accommodations with essential amenities like air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. It’s popular for its convenience to transport hubs and major attractions, making it a preferred choice for travelers looking for an affordable, no-frills stay in the city.

**1. Guest Service Management**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their stay.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and anticipating needs.

**2.** **Front Desk Operations**:

- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and ensure payment processes are followed.

**3. Team Supervision**:

- Train, supervise, and evaluate front desk staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and high standards of service.

**4. Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met efficiently.
- Communicate important information to staff regarding guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.

**5. Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and maintain reports related to front office operations and guest feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing front office policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**6. Sales and Upselling**:

- Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling rooms and packages to enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor and analyze occupancy trends to maximize room revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in hotel front office or customer service roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
