**Job Description Front Office Executive**

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Location: Western Line preferred

**Role definition**: As a Front Office Executive in HR & Admin department, play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation in the office.

You will serve as the first point of contact on phone & for clients, visitors, and employees.

**Skills**:

Proficiency in using office equipment’s (Phone, Computers, Software)

**Knowledge**:
MS-Office (Word & Excel)

**Experience / Segments**:2 to 5 years of experience front office preferred

**Responsibility & Deliverables**:

- 1. Greeting and Welcoming visitors / guest.
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
- Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations. Maintain and update appointment calendars.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or employees.
- Manage conference room and meeting space reservations. Ensure rooms are set up and equipped as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks

**Work Timing**: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm (Monday-Saturday)

**Reporting to**:Manager HR & Admin
