**TELE-SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

**Job Title**: Tele-Sales Representative

**Location**:Mahape, Navi Mumbai

**Reports To**: Sales Manager/Team Lead

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound tele-sales calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our digital marketing services.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities for selling digital services.
- Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with client details, communications, and sales pipeline.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits and value of digital marketing strategies tailored to their business needs.
- Generate and qualify new leads, setting up appointments for senior sales team members or handling sales closures independently.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to share insights and improve sales strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback on customer objections, competition, and market trends.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in tele-sales or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or technology environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex services in simple terms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a competitive sales environment.
- A good understanding of digital marketing services, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or B2B sales is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
