We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Detailer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. As a PEB Detailer, you will play a crucial role in the design and detailing process of pre-engineered buildings, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and efficient communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Structural Detailing**:
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for pre-engineered building structures based on project requirements.

Ensure adherence to engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.

**Software Proficiency**:
Utilize specialized software (such as Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, etc.) to create accurate 3D models and 2D drawings.

Stay updated on the latest software tools and technologies relevant to PEB detailing.

**Coordination and Communication**:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather project information and specifications.

Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders to address design issues and modifications.

**Quality Control**:
Conduct thorough reviews of detailed drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards and project requirements.

Identify and rectify discrepancies or inconsistencies in the detailing process.

**Documentation**:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to detailing processes, revisions, and design changes.

Generate material lists and fabrication drawings for use in manufacturing.

Manage workload efficiently to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of detailed drawings.

Prioritize tasks based on project urgency and complexity.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PEB Detailer.

Proficiency in PEB detailing software, such as Tekla Structures & Auto CAD or similar.

Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
