Location: Wakad, Pune
**No. of openings**: 4
**Qualification & Experience**: Graduate with minimum 1+ year of experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers at the counter, providing effective resolutions to their queries.
- Ask questions and provide relevant information to customers.
- Treat all customers with respect and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records in the computer system, including customer details, orders, pricing, and quotations.
- Follow up on customer orders.
- Update product details continuously.
- Stay informed about product inventory and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with customers about beneficial procedures and policies.
- Offer excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all organization rules and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience in sales or a similar role, including tele-calling.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and other retail software.
- Ability to effectively explain products to clients.
**Salary Offered: 15-20 K pm**
