Description
Koolath Advertising is a dynamic and innovative creative company, committed to providing excellent services/products. We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties: greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for staff.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an office administrator or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High School diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
