We are hiring a full-time **Office Administrator.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support for the office management, staff management, inventory management including facilities, security, relocation/expansion, and liaising with external contractors
- Administration work related to the office
- Events coordination
- Reception and telephone duties
- To ensure timely stationery procurement as per user's requirement.
- Coordinate Meetings/Visits / Interviews/Annual Activities.
- Office-Stock Management and bookkeeping
- Ensure and build professional relationships with Internal and External stakeholders for smooth business operation.

**Skills and requirements**
- Two years of experience in a similar role in a Software Development Company
- College degree
- Excellent written and Verbal Communication skills
- Dynamic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of administration
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Book Keeping knowledge
- The ability to protect the company's confidential information is critical in this role.

**Salary**: ₹9,784.45 - ₹21,323.12 per month
