**Role Overview**
The Event Participation Coordinator position at Lumos Learning offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for education and strong organizational skills to engage with educators, showcase our products and services, and contribute to the success of our company.
**Responsibilities**
- **Conference Selection**: Research and identify relevant regional and national educational conferences aligned with Lumos Learning's target audience and objectives.
- **Registration and Logistics**: Coordinate conference registration for Lumos Learning representatives, including securing booth space, ordering promotional materials, and arranging travel and accommodations.
- **Booth Setup and Management**: Oversee the setup and maintenance of Lumos Learning's booth at conferences, ensuring it is visually appealing, well-stocked with materials, and staffed by knowledgeable representatives.
- **Promotional Activities**: Develop and implement strategies to attract conference attendees to the Lumos Learning booth, including giveaways, product demonstrations, and interactive activities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align conference participation with overall marketing and sales objectives, providing feedback and insights to inform future conference strategies.
- **Post-conference Evaluation**: Conduct post-conference evaluations to assess the effectiveness of conference participation, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
**Required skills and qualifications**
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role is desired
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
