- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other communications as required.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary items.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and office-related queries.
- Maintain and update accurate records, files, and databases for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies for document storage and confidentiality.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including logistics and travel arrangements.
- Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, staff, and management to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Address and resolve administrative issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects or organizational initiatives.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
